2021 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class petrol flap is opening when driving and cant open it to put petrol in it problems in Ireland

| Problems: | Hi, I booked my car into Mercedes cork two weeks ago as the petrol flap is causing all sorts of problems and I can fill up with Petrol. When I explained the problem they booked it in for may the 16th which is a joke. I have other drivers blowing their horns at me as it is open and its not safe to drive. They told me if I can open it or run out of petrol to ring mercedes assist. This car cost a lot of money and I will be very slow to change it for another mercedes next year. over six weeks to have my car checked and fixed. Also the beep when you lock the car is not working. I purchased the car in waterford Tom Murphy, 212C2494. I would appreciate if someone can explain to me why it takes this long to have your car fixed and to be told if you run out of petrol etc ring assist. This is outrageous treatment of a customer, to let them drive unsafely for weeks, this is my 4th mercedes and I will be thinking hard when i change next year about the make of car I will purchase. | |
