1996 Opel Kadett i have to unplug the computer plug in the bonnet before it starts problems

| Problems: | The car wont start if it was standing for a few hours. then i have to unplug a black and grey plastic plug in the bonnet on the right hand side between the engine and the battery, then i have to swing the car once plug it in and then try and start the car and this is the process until car finally stars. Please can someone help me as the people here are not willing to help me as we are busy fixing the car and respraying it so it looks a bit bad and the people who is willing to help wants me to pay R6000 to have a look at it. | |
