Somthing wrong in my skoda octavia (fantasia 2010 problems

| Problems: | I purchased a new Skoda Octavia (Fantasia 2010) dated on 12th Dec 2009, motor number 124430, sachet number A2040636. When I make a reverse I hear a sound from the back tiresâ?� break. Moreover when I go inside the car or come out from the care I hear a sound from the tires or the break. Really, I am afraid that there is something wrong, could affect my life or my family as well. | I got similar experience with lancer car, I hope it may help. If the sound during the reverse is like a loud whistle (Sofara) , which was my case it is something called sagat el teel wants to be replaced. but if it is the same it is not that critical. |

| Gen2, same...my engineer from serivce azz elarab told me they removed some parts from brakes to enviroment care. it is normal. it only needs cleaning the braks which costs hlf of its price, they dont also want to exchange the brakes as they say it is good. so it is normal now in all car models sont worry |

| Hi essam i am ehab from cairo i have skoda octavia(from zero 2007 and now the KM is 168000 when it was new there was no sound but after 40000 Km i heared this sound i knew that (clamp break) is expired and it must be change . when i changed it there was no sound and each time the (clamp break) expired i hear this sound . *** in my openion the most important problem is in the (gear box) i faced this problem and other people and to avoid this problem you must make the service in agent. |

| i do own octavia 1.6 mpi 2009. since i bought it i always hear a voice like somthing is going broke in the rear side when braking while reversing. and evry time i go to the agent to show them the sound disappear !! and the sound is becoming higher than 2 years.so i dont know what to do? |

| When it comes to German cars, i suggest to go for VolksWagen or BMW if you'r rich enough ,not this trash called "Skoda". The thing that you don't know people, Skoda originally is a Czech made car then VolksWagen bought it and just made minor improvements in it. Also, put in mind that almost all the cars or the majority of them that comes to Egypt are 3rd collectibles from the west countries. In other words, they give us the trash to drive because of course our outstanding corrupted government don't like the good to us. And even though these cars are trash, they are still expensive which is really led me to laugh big time about our pretty ignorance. I can say BMW are good cars in Egypt but not as good as in Qatar, KSA, UAE or even this country called "Syria". And when we go to the service dealers, they are not fixing the car as intended because they are just punch of unqualified technicians hired from the worst areas in Egypt. Beleive me, if you go to a normal mechanic (which is not recommended) maybe you will have your issues get fixed faster than them. In brief, try to select the finest cars to drive even if they are expensive. As i mentioned, all cars (high end and low end) are so. Then, why do i pay a lot in a trash while i can add extra cash to drive fine car? Thanks |
