1996 Subaru Sambar engine will not start problems

| Problems: | engine will not start. replaced throttle position sensor,fuel pressure regulator,fuel filter,had distributor checked. it is super charged. injectors have continuous voltage and spark plug will fire continuously with ignition switch on. any suggestions? | |
