| General comments: | Toyota Kuwait is reasoning out that replacing the dashboard depends on the decision of the dashboard manufacturer which is not Toyota. At first, they said that the dashboard costs 400+ kwd. Then out of goodwill from dashboard manufacturer, it sent down to 200+ kwd. Lastly, it went down to 100+ kwd. I feel that Toyota should change it free of charge as this is a material defect and no fault from the car owner. In other countries, they are changing it without charging the car owner. | |
| Problems: | Toyota won't replace my car's dashboard without me paying 100+ kwd. My dashboard is becoming a safety hazzard when driving. There are strong reflection from sunrays and beams from car lights. | |
