![]() The Nissan Be-1 is a retro-styled automobile from Nissan Motors. The Be-1 was one of three fashionable spinoffs of the K10 Micra — the Figaro and Pao being the other two. Like the Figaro, the Be-1 was sold without the Nissan name. The engine was the 1.0L (987cc) MA10S, and a 3-speed automatic transmission or 5-speed manual transmission was also supplied. This engine produced 52PS (51hp/ 38kW) at 6000 rpm and 76N·m (56ft·lbf) at 3600 rpm. It was designed as a fashionable city car in the mold of the Figaro, requiring just 4.4m (14.4ft) to turn around and delivering up to 48mpg (4.9L/ 100km) in the city and 74mpg (3.2L/ 100km) at a steady 60km/ h (37mph). |
