2000 BMW 525TDS when i start the car the becomes on problems in Algeria

| Problems: | dir sirs,when I start the car the heater becomes on immediately though I have removed the panel of the air coditionner . The second problem is that when the car is hot and stop it, it can't start only after 10 minutes |
