2007 Toyota Premio speed problems in Bangladesh

| Problems: | I bought premio/07 and when i shift the gear to "D" and start moving upto 40km,ph the engine don't run smoothly and push the speed up as the vvti engine do.what is the cause of it?Or should i start with "S" then "D" ? | |

| start with 2 then at 60 km.ph shift to d it should solve it..... |
