1991 BMW 735IL the vehicle will not pass smog problems

| Problems: | Won't pass smog. Smokes alot when city driving - seems to clear up when fwy drive is done. Had Tune up done plugs new wires. Had cyl. compression test done about 155 on all cyls. Had new O2 sensor put in - code was flagging it. Mechanics say it sounds like one of he fuel injectors is putting out way too much fuel. Car has 152,000 and drives fine also has plenty of power. ???????? | |
