| Problems: | Hi guys! Kindly assist me with the problem of RVR 4G63 not engaging higher gears. It normally starts well and changes to the next gear ok then have a problem going to next higher gear, it will get stuck to one gear but at least moving at a speed of up to 120/km or more. This consumes lot of fuel. Kindly assist. |

| The problem is probably the oil pump within the gear box...but because its hard to get the pump on its own most mechanics replace the whole gear box....its normally a small wear in a moving part that grinds the adjacent part lowering the oil pressure that enable the gear to change. |
