Pajero io low pump pressure 1998 problems in Cyprus

Problems: | I have a pajero io GDI and it start make me problems with the acceleration.when i m driving it start losing power and when i press the petal violent it start responding normally.the diagnostic dint show me any problems,the engine light and the others are switch off as normal,but the fuel pump pressure range between 4.0-5.0...any ideas?i clean the throttle,i check the sparks,and clean the mass flow.any ideas to help? |

You don't say say which IO you have. Anyway. The pressure of the high injection pump seems to be correct. You must make sure that the ETV is operating smoothly. Sometimes there is fuel leaking from the pump and mixes with oil, the vapours from this are sucked into the engine the number 4 and 3 cylinders are running very rich. The sparking plugs colour ( always black) is not a good indication of the A/F strength since in this engine the mixture strength in the vicinity of the sparking plus is always rich. |
