Daewoo damas microvan 2012 problems

| Problems: | I have a daewoo damas microvan and right now it doesn't work. the problem came out few days ago when i run out of fuel. i go for fuel and rifil but it seems that the stater run by itself and didnt kick the engine. i told boys to push the car and try to shock but it didnt start by itself. is it the carburator or something else that doesnt work? could you please help me out of this situation inadvance thanx |
