| Problems: | Dear Opel Team , Hope you're doing well and safe 1st My Name is Hassan Elmalt based in Egypt . now have a big issue with my car since 20,000KM in 2019 the check oil lamp appears so i informed the repair center and he told me will check and get back he checked and told me now it's fine and if there's anything happens come back to us . after a while I came back again for the 2nd time on almost /before 30,000 KM in 2020 the same thing repair center informed me will check and get back , after checking they told me now it's fine and if there's anything happens come back to us. 3rd time I came again almost /before 50,000 KM in 2020 the same thing repair center informed me will check and get back , after checking they told me now its fine and if there's anything happens come back to us. 4th time i came for service 60,000KM and informed them with same issue . in 70,000KM I maintain the service outside Mansour , but in authorized dealer and provide Mansour with the invoices and everything . NOW the Car KM is 74,347 and the check lamp oil level appears after almost 3000KM ONLY so I sent it to the authorized repair Ceneter in March 22 , 2022 and FINALLY they replied today and informed me that the engine needs to be replaced and the cost almost 100,000 EGP , I informed them SORRY from day one I informed you with this issue and after the warranty expired you need me to pay now , this is not acceptable .
