Its the stabilisation on the front. Turn your wheels to the totally to the left or to the right. You will see a small metal pipe on the lower metal hanging of your hang-arm.

If that little thing is lose, you should get a new one. It doesn't cost that much. Its a known problem of these Vectra's. Nothing to worry about!
