1990 Honda Civic play in steering rack and controll box not working problems

| General comments: | Has come to know the above Failure in several cars on same model and there by could be stated that it's a factory defect on my point of view. | |
| Problems: | the steering wheel vibrates when driving. checked on razor unit and universal joints and found them in order. The control unit which fixed in engine room does not work with the attached air lines, and when switch on the Air conditioner it reduces the pulling power. | |
