General comments: | What should I look for with the symptoms to narrow it down to why it will not crank over there regardless of the alternator being bad or good it should’ve cranked it over with 12 V with a boost and it didn’t do anything other than click that sounds like a possible ground I don’t know can you help
Problems: | When turning the key clicks like the solenoid is wanting to engage about starter does not crank the engine. I put a 12 V jumper booster with a brand new battery nothing changed. Customer says it’s the alternator but that’s secondary ignition not primary can you help me no it down as the water could be battery terminals are tight.
