| I have the same problem as you have.According to my eHow.com reseach, check idle air control valve,throttle body,coolant temp. sensor or oxygen sensor. 1998 cefiro or maxima known to have alternator problem, if your map light, door light or headlight pulsing while idling,your alternator is going bad.
