Problems: | SUDDENLY SHUTTING OFF WHILE DRIVING. while driving engine just shut off. have to wait five to ten minutes before it re-start. | |

This shutting down of the engine might be as a result of insufficient fuel reaching injectors therefore check the following; 1. delivery of fuel and pressure, 2.ignition system, 3.electrical system. As for the first item check for restriction in the lines that be caused by clogged filters, if OK check the delivery from the pump and the status of the regulator valve, which is usually found at the end of the fuel common rail. For the second and third issues, consult an expert who be in fair knowledge of the vehicle systems |

Replace the crank shaft or cam sensor. its on the side of the engine on the t-belt/chain side. should solve the problem. |
