2003 Toyota Probox car will not turn over. when i take the fuel line off, it tries to start, but cut off problems in Jamaica

| Problems: | New engine, fuel, radiator,transmission problem I have replaced all of these things some more than once. Note: Know, when I turn the key, it acts like it want to start. It want turn over. When I check the fuel line, it is full of gas. I disconnect the line, it starts,but want stay started. Then the battery runs down because of so many miss starts. |
