smoke and oil consumption is caused by if o-ring seal of the valves on engine pistons has been deteriorated or worn out or hardened. need to change those o-rings with new item, on one piston 4 valves, total 16 valves has 16 o-rings. How about noise from those valves, if has noise with certain frequency even oil changed with new, you should change those valves also. |

I was lookking for the causes of white smoke, oil consuption and high fuel consuption on my Mitsubishi IO 1.8 Gasoline manufactured on 2000. By the other side it is always lighting the Check Engine pilot, intermitentely turning off, and in the morning it takes more than 5seconds to start. |
