General comments: | please advise!
Problems: | 1. ABS light showing on and off 2. Unsteady speedometer pointer, sometimes stays put at zero! Nairobi GM mechanic advises I need to replace ABS and speedometer sensors in one of front wheel hubs. Same mechanic advises I need to buy the entire hub as a unit since these sensors are not detachable. Can these sensors be purchased as seperate detachable components or is the mechanic's advice 100% correct?

Hi Joseph, If you haven't gotten a solution already. Note this car was sold in some markets as Opel Zafira. Looking at the attached catalog illustration, you notice the sensor is integral with the hub. |
