2005 Toyota Raum front passenger seat does not fold problems in Kenya

| This is an old post but - I had this problem until I saw the instructions (in Japanese - but with pictures) on the back of the driver seat. (from memory) it says to tilt the seat back all the way back then fold it all the way forward. This releases something that allows you to then lift the seat base. Check for that label behind the driver seat to confirm |
