2000 Toyota Vista throttle lock problems in Kenya

| Problems: | my car has a problem with the throttle and after diagnosis I'm advised that it has a throttle lock meaning that a pump of sors gets stuck after a short drive and the 'check engine' light come on and stays on. How do I get a new throttle seeing as Toyota Kenya is reputed not to have such? What would the cost be for a replacement throttle component? |
