2001 Kia Shuma wont start without pressing foot pedal problems

| Problems: | if i want to start it in the morning i have to press the acceleration foot pedal down then start the ignition. without this it wont start at all. then another problem is that it will turn off on its own unless the temperature reaches a certain level. please help | |
