1994 Lexus ES300 car won't start problems

| Problems: | I thought the battery was dead, so I took it out & had it bench tested. The battery was fully charged. When you turn the key over (iginition switch) all the lights come on, but the car doesn't even turn over or even make any noise. Could it be a bad starter, ignition switch? I'm totally lost---0Help! |

| My neighbor connected his battery backwards and now there is no spark to the spark plugs. He replaced the large fuse but still has no spark. Could it be his ECM module in his 1992 Camry? Thank you, Bill |
