| Problems: | We bought a 1999 Wizard from Beforward in September 2011. The Car produces a lot of smoke and oil is coming out of the exhaust. The Chassis No. is UES74FW-4111648. We are looking for a turbo as the dealers say the turbo is gone and we would like to know how much can the turbo cost us. Should we replace the turbo or is there something else wrong with the car | |

| Change the turbo and make sure that the oil supply to the turbo is OK. sometimes the oil pump fails. This car normally has two oils pumps but they are together.. one supplies the turbo and the other supplies the engine and both supply through different channels.. I changed up to 3 turbos before I realised that the problem was the oil supply to the turbo.. it normally blocks up if you do not not use the specified oil.. use ONLY synthetic oil--5w-40 or 10w-40 and your problem will be solved. |
