| Problems: | Hi all, Thanks in advance if anyone is able to help me. I have two MB Sprinter 411CDI's both from 2004 and both have developed the same problem. When coming back from a 600k trip they turn off every time when revving. We got it idling but as soon as we receive it turns off. EDC light is on. What we've tried to do so far Replaced the transfer pump, replaced the high pressure diesel pump, replaced all the seals on all lines carying fuel from the filter, pumps. Replaced the common rail sensor Replaced the fuel pressure sensor By doing all the above we've managed to eliminate the air from the pipes when idling but it still pulls air from somewhere when revving, after which it turns off on it's own. When trying to do diagnosis, it shows all sensors apart from the ECU. I've cleaned all connectors, fuses, of corrosion. Still not able to read. Would love to hear if someone has the same issue and possibly a solution. |
