1999 Mitsubishi RVR engine wont rev past 2800 rpm problems in Malawi

| Problems: | Engine starts but runs almost like one cylinder not working. All 4spark plugs replaced, ignition coils replaced, GDR fremoved and clesned, At 2,800 engine "feels" like it 'chocking" for lack of fuel and misfires into the exhaust, engine will not run more yhan 2,800 rpm ? |
