2000 Mitsubishi Chariot jecks at 3000rpm problems

| Problems: | At 3000rpm the car jecks in all gears even when on neutral. I took it for an auto scan and it picked faulty fuel pressure regulator sensor. I'm not so sure as this is the real problem or there could be something else and not sure as to where to locate it. The car is imported from Japan and every writing on the manual is in Japanese which i can't understand. | |
