Problems: | my car a mistsubish chariot produces a white smoke when you have just started the engine. after a while the smoke turns to black. is this supposed to be a problem of plugs or something else? | |

white smoke means that the engine burns oil . If the smoke is only during starting then its fine do not worry about it but if remains then check the piston ring condition. Black smoke is fine if it's diesel engine. |

Also try use high mileage oil and not the cheap type. mine used to smoke a lot especially when you are in idle position for long like in traffic jam or traffic light. It stopped when I started using GTX2 |

it was an injector & a coil lead from the coil to the spark plug. Just for your info if you get any customers asking. To sort the coil problems take the springs & wire out of the coil tube & replace the wire with a cleaned welding rod & put the springs back each end 1 to coil 1 to spark plug the power difference is great. Stopped the smoking also was told the 1 injector was faulty for a very long time but it still went great on only 3 injectors? |
