2002 Mitsubishi Pajero Junior problem with car

Problems:my car consumes a lot of gas and engine oil and its like it only have 3 gears..
what could be the problem? and how much gears my car have?

The AT paj jr has 3 gears, so if you are going to do a lot of fast driving, it will tell on your fuel. As for the oil consumption, you probably need to use a heavier grade oil if it is not passing any smoke, or have it checked for leaks. If it passes smoke, you may need to take it to the mechanic to have those rings, valve seals and other seals changed.
