1996 Isuzu Wizard noisy from belt or alternator problems in New Zealand

| Problems: | when i first start the engine in the morning or some interval, the squeak sound comes from belt area but it's not sure that it comes from belt because belts are properly tightened. instead, when the battery guage comes upto around 13 ~ 14volts, the sound stops and returns normal condition. so, i checked battery, the maintenance free battery(this car is equipped 2 batteries) levels are very poor. so, is that the cause of squeak sound and do i need to change the battery? please advise me. thanks/Lee |
