| Problems: | Transmission does not change from 2 to 3 gear. Light on dash comes on "Check trans" can turn the car off and restart and then nothing is wrong ????? | |

| The main reason must be a problem in your gear box as you are already aware. what you should do is 1. Check the wiring of the gear box 2. Get the transmission oil changed and drive the vehicle and see if the problem still persists get a certified mechanic to dismantle your gearbox and to check all the valve body solenoids are functioning. get the problematic solenoids replaced if there any & your good to go ahead with the normal running . |
