2006 Toyota Raum heater not working problems in New Zealand

| Problems: | Car heater is not working. AC is ok, air blows well but cold air whilr heater is on. I got fuse bow under bonnet but not getting any fuse box inside the cabin. I am confused, about the location. It is right hand drive. | |

| Internal fuse box is in behind the small coin draw to the right of steering column. |
