2005 Toyota Wish fuel injectors only last 100000 kms problems in New Zealand

| Problems: | At 163000 kms brought second hand in 2020 no issues for Three year's. One injector faults ,lots of petrol smell through AC . Only smells when stopped at traffic lights. Then cost to replace one with genuine Toyota part is 800nzd each. One month later mechanic want to replace all four injectors. Good news is replacement used injectors costs $250 nzd each !! Toyota nz quotes $3500 nzd to replace all four injectors with original parts. Our mechanic quotes $2005 nzd using used injectors and seal kits and 10 hours labor. |
