Problems:	"I have a right hand drive Japanese bought 2007 Nissan bluebird sylphy. Car jumps and jerks every so often and after driving for a while it subsides. I got a mechanic to run obd II to see if any error codes appeared and there were none. The check engine light doesn't appear." The car's efficiency on gas has decreased as well. Can you suggest a solution?
