2004 Nissan Cefiro whistle in engine problems

| Problems: | Sometimes when I start up the RPM goes high and drops to what looks like below 650rpm but makes a whistling sound. As soon as I start putting more rpm it goes away slightly. This noise is irritating and is very loud.I already changed the plugs and coils just what the guy said but not really a change. The whistle sounds like if it comes from the small diagphram look alike thing that sits on the shiny fuel line going to the injectors. Please help. | |
