| Problems: | We recently bought a '94 Nissan Mistral 2.7td LWB auto and it's developed a problem with the gearbox in that if I put on too much gas the engine revs go up but the box doesn't change gear but if I'm careful with the revs it changes gear ok - though with a little harshness until warmed up. have checked the oil and it is clean. |

| I have also got a Nissan Mistral 1994>>> If your gears are slipping like my gear bx did or if they do not change >>> you may want to change the whole gear box >> the Terrano box fits straight on and the wreckers here in New Zealand say it is much better . I have a Terrano box - done 110000km in my Mistral and no problems >> just make sure you get them to check the oil before you purchase it needs to be clean. then flush and replace with new oil |
