2000 Opel Astra car can't start problems

| Problems: | Car has been with the engineer for a month. He changed the oil seal, plugs and transmission gear (manual) but the car hasn't started since then. He has done every routine check (plug test, timing, starter, etc) but all to no avail. The engine is not rolling at all. Kindly advise on what to do. |
