1998 Opel Astra no power even with your foot flat on accellarator problems

| Problems: | Had starter repaired and problem started immediately after that.Replaced petrol filter and spark plugs but no change. Checked silencer for blockage but problem still no change. Prior to starter repair no problem. Also checked timing.It is a 160i euro. |
