2001 Opel Combo engine wont start problems

| General comments: | the oil level is between max and min on the dipstick,do i need to put in more or change it,, its a combo van by the way | |
| Problems: | engine overheated/lost power and left it with mechanic and he done nothing with it for two weeks,took it back and it turns over but wont start also when i try to start it after a while smoke starts to come out of the oil cap. |
