2017 Opel Mokka stressed and confused customer problems

Problems: | A year ago I was took my car in for a normal 75km service with nothing wrong with the car, after service I went to fetch it. Two day after service my car started to overheat while driving I stop and call the same service provider. they quickly came fetch it and I was told the water pump has a lick needs replacement, and it was done. Yesterday (01/05/2022) I also took the car in for 90km service, I receive a call telling me the water pump has a lick again. All I wanted to know can the water pump be replaced every year? please help I am confused and hurt I seems they don't care they didn't even check their history on the after I told them they started checking and were surprised, that I why I started feeling that the something going on. | |
