2008 Opel Omega pls assist with my car problems

| Problems: | My card is realy not functioning well like it used to be. The hand of my card or proberbly all the legs of my card shakes whenever i'm on speed 60, 80 and 100. I also cannot open my boot form the dash board anymore as i have to go throgh the backseat to open from inside. | |
