1990 Honda Civic rpm problems in Pakistan

| General comments: | It is an excellent car as far as its drive, safety and body is concerned. | |
| Problems: | I purchased this car 2 years back with a simple D16 (1995) engine. Recently, I swapped with iVtec D16 engine and fully computerized it. Before it was swapped with VTEC, its RPM never remained at the point mechanics fixed. Even after this huge change, however its RPM has improved but still it gives the same trouble. Please assist.
