Toyota passo fule consumption 2008 problems in Pakistan

| Problems: | I bought passo 2008 6 months back, and since than i am getting average of 8km/L, car millage is 72000km, i took the car to computer, and they said every thing is fine,,but average is still 8,,,, please some one help me, as i love the car and dont want to sale only becuase of disturbed average,,,,,, my freind has 2009 passo and he is getting 13km/L,,,,,,please help |

| Bro use zic a + engine oil and change the plugs Buy good plugs like iridium spark plugs these two thing will double up your mileage |

| Follow the instructions said by the person above , if still not getting 14-15km/L , then go to toyata company and ask for the cleaning of the Cadillac of the exhaust . Caution : din not remove the Cadillac just only clean the Cadillac of the car as people here suggest to remove it but go for only maintenance . Regards |

| issue is....when engine is hot idle running please open engine oil cap and see kind of a smoke coming out? if yes, your engine compression is low which is the main cause of high fuel consumption!! then need to go for engine top overhaul which means you need to pull out pistons and change new piston ring set, do a horning in cylinder bore as well without fail. all in all car gives 10km/ltr in city traffic driving. and outstation you get 12.5km/ltr. |
