2007 Nissan Sunny no power in acceleration problems in Papua New Guinea

Problems:Vehicle has no power in acceleration. It travels at 10kmph or less. Engine starting okay however there is no power to increase speed.

The accelerator panel assembly has rheostat. I have changed it 3 times in 6 years. Cannot be repaired. You need to change the pedal assembly
