2009 Toyota Alphard gear problem in Singapore

| Problems: | I have been driving toyota alphard for 4 years. Recently, especially in the morning or when vehicle is cool, i have problem with the gear. When drive is engaged, it does not move. It used to wait for 3-4 min before it engaged with a jerk n move off. Now, i have to blow the rpm a few times, engaged with a hard jerk before it move off. Is it the gear box problem? I have changed the transmission oil twice but problem persist. Pls advise |
