Problems: | vehicle is a toyota hilux 2002 model 3.0l kzt but it is the same motor as the 1997/1998 prado motor did overheat complete engine overhall plus rediator replaced with aftermarket one and was going well then it overheated again and cracked the cylinderhead bought new one and is to fit what is causing the problem can it be that the radiator is to small will a 4 core solve the problem or a extra fan with separate switch please need awnsers. | |

ok this problem i have encountered before. your hilux is LN166 model and you put in a 1 KZ engine. pls replace your original radiator with a 4 core type. pls check your engine clutch fan whether the fan clutch oil is sufficient. pls try to turn the fan with engine off. if the fan can rotates with single push then oil is insufficient. |
