1998 Suzuki Every over heating problems in Sri Lanka

Problems:My Vehicle is Suzuki Every Van DA52V, 657cc, Recently it started to overheat after drive some distance(02 Kms). Then I noticed that radiator cooling fan is not rotating. I went to a mechanic & he replaced the thermostat (sensor)but couldn't solve the problem. Fan is working when direct supply applied. He suggested there might be a problem in ECU. From recently Hand break indicator also lighting on the dashboard since start. What should i do next?

some reasons may be apply
1)use ratiator coolant
2)check cooling fan speed variation
(according to the engine speed)
2)keep the radiator in very clean service every week
3)recomended engine oils only (don't change SAE NO?)
4)Check auto control funtion & fuel throttle controls
5)check engine overheating acessive engine accelaration in low gears.
6)gasket problem.
7)keep your vehicle as a baby.

I have a suzuki every 52A 1999 model. my van came over heating problems in mountains. i replace the Gasket, clean the radiator, replace the horses & thermostat valve. but i didn't replace tempurature sensor. fan is working. What's the matter??
