2012 Toyota Cami od on/off blinking on dash board , gear engagement problem and engine revving in Tanzania

| Problems: | I have a TOYOTA CAMI vehicle for almost 9 years now. very recently I have started experiencing Gear engagement problem when OD ON/OFF Blinks on dash board in line with engine rpm going up and the same time speedometer reading remains at 0 .
